The Spinosaurus lived in the Cretaceous period about 100 to 93 million years ago. The firsr skeleton of the Spinosaururs was destroyed in the 2nd world war. The large spin on it's back help control the spinosaurus's temperture; or may have been used to attrack mates,the females didn't have a spin or had a smaller one than the males. For a preadtor this size it ate fish and small prey.
